Dr Adrian R. Haas 1941 - 2007
'The Newstead District Murders 1857 - 1859' was written by Dr Adrian R. Haas before his death in 2007. It was completed by his son Damien Haas.
Dr Adrian R. Haas had previously written a book on the history of the Newstead Mechanics Institute titled "Newstead Mechanics' Institute": It's Role in the life of a Central Victorian Community. ISBN: 0977528006.
Both books are available from the Newstead & District Historical Society.
